Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States only. International orders are not currently supported.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Delivery time

After processing, orders are delivered within 5–10 business days.

• Insured Priority Shipping with Free Tracking: $3.99
• Expedited Priority Insured Shipping with Tracking: $6.99

Tracking

You will receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at support@trysolvera.org and we will help make it right. Optional Shipping Protection is available at checkout and covers lost, stolen or damaged packages.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered at checkout.
